In this unique TAE40116 learning and certification journey, you will be:
TRAINED AND ASSESSED BY: Experienced trainers from MRWED Training and Assessment through facilitator-led online sessions which gives the closest interaction dynamics to face-to-face training.
SUPPORTED BY: Malaysian Learning Mentors who will provide additional coaching as you work on your assessment projects and activities. Our Learning Mentors are experienced trainers who are familiar with the Malaysian training environment and the assessment requirements of the TAE40116.
GIVEN ACCESS TO: A comprehensive suite of TAE40116 Learning Resources and Templates via an online learning portal.
Entry Requirements: To enrol in this qualification, students must be able to demonstrate vocational competency in their proposed teaching and assessing area. Vocational competency is defined broad industry knowledge and experience, and may include, but is not limited to, holding a relevant unit of competency or qualification.
Training session: Total of 10 days covering 4 content areas: Training Delivery, Program Design, Language Literacy & Numeracy, and Assessment.
Overall duration of study: 6 – 12 months (besides the training days).
Qualification awarded: Upon successful completion of all assessments, students will be awarded the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) by MRWED Training and Assessment (RTO number 30146).
